Debbie Saiz is the National Singles Director of the UPCI. She also directs Open Door Ministries, a program within Ladies Ministries designed for young women ages 18 – 30. She holds a B.A. Degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Masters degree from Twin-Cities University. She has written and published Sunday School Attendance Boosters and Variety Ideas, a five volume set of handbooks for Youth Ministry. Debbie and her husband Steve pastor Bayside Apostolic Center in Torrance, California. They have two children, Vanessa and Steve, Jr.
