Gwyn Oakes is president of Ladies Ministries for the United Pentecostal Church International, a position she has held since 1994.

She is from Bald Knob, Arkansas where she and her husband pioneered and pastured a United Pentecostal Church for thirty-five years. She previously served as Arkansas Ladies President for nineteen years. She has two sons and two daughters and three grandsons. She is a speaker, an author and an artist.

   She was named Person of the Year in Missions and Ministry for 2006-2007 by Empire Who’s Who for her work as Ladies Ministries President.
