I am facing this problem, I go to a Christian school but they don't believe the same thing as my church and when I ask my parents about this question they say I should know what’s right but I'm not sure. I was hoping you could help me understand.

This is a very good question and a lot of girls face this in the Christian schools where they attend. Ask your Sunday school teacher to help you. Write down the questions that they ask you and ask her to give you scriptural answers for them. Study the subjects that come in question so that you will have an answer not only for yourself, but for your classmates as well.
A good book to get for hair questions is Power Before the Throne by Ruth Rieder Harvey, a good Bible study that can be used as a guide is "The Good LIfe" Both if these are available through the Pentecostal Publishing House at the UPCI website.
Start, or help start a support group, like a club, where your friends from church and you could get together to discuss how to handle this problem. Always look up scriptures to go with the answers and you will soon have resources to handle everything that may come your way. You might also talk to your pastor’s wife about this. When you know the answers for yourself first then you also help boost your self esteem!
Your parents may feel a little overwhelmed with some of the things you are confronted with. Appreciate them for the fact that you are in a Christian school even though they do not believe everything you do. They still have better standards and ideals than the public school. Ask your mother or both parents to help you find scriptures for the questions. Write down the questions the kids ask and start to work on them. You sound like a very smart young lady and God will help you to be not only an over comer but an example.
